Put chickpeas, a bit olive oil, cumin, paprika powder and a pinch of salt and pepper in a pan and fry for a couple of mins, stirring.
Upload the washed spinach, prepare dinner for every other minute and when the spinach wilts, set it apart. In the meantime, fry the egg.
Serve the fried egg subsequent to or over the seasoned chickpeas, drizzled with the oil from the pan combined with the spices.
