Ein Gesetzentwurf islamischer Hardliner sah vor, Frauen härter zu bestrafen – sollten sie sich öffentlich ohne Kopftuch zeigen. Irans Präsident legte sein Veto ein. Jetzt bestätigte die Regierung seinen Kurs.
