Florida braces as Milton strengthens to Category 5 hurricane

Some 51 counties in Florida have been put under a state of emergency as Hurricane Milton gathers strength in the Gulf of Mexico. The storm has been upgraded to a Category 5 hurricane packing 160 mph winds.
