Le Premier ministre français a passé un premier test en affrontant mardi 1er octobre une Assemblée qui l’attendait à couteaux tirés. Pour éviter d’écourter son mandat, Michel Barnier a endossé son costume d’homme de compromis. Quitte à doucher toute attente puisque “nul souffle, nulle grande ambition” n’est à retenir, juge la presse étrangère.
