Prisons prepare to lay on coaches to move hundreds of inmates out of jails in controversial early release scheme

Some 1750 prisons will be let out on Tuesday – in the biggest release of prisoners in over a decade – with the PGA claiming they will have to use buses to take prisoners to public transport stops.
