Die verheerenden Waldbrände bedrohen auch deutsche Kulturstätten – historische Orte des Exils, die heute kulturelle Zentren sind. Das Thomas Mann Haus blieb bislang unversehrt, der Zustand der Villa Aurora ist ungewiss.
