Le groupe islamiste Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) a annoncé dimanche 8 décembre la chute du “tyran” de Bachar al-Assad. Son chef, Abou Mohammed al-Joulani, a des antécédents avec des groupes terroristes comme al-Qaïda.
